The 2015 Advanced Placement Summer Institute will be held June 15-19, 2015. Course descriptions and instructor profiles, can be found in the menu to the left, or through the following links:
The Advanced Placement Summer Institute is designed to help beginning, experienced and future AP teachers plan and implement more effective AP programs in their schools. The Institute workshops share with teachers the curriculum content and teaching methods of AP courses and explore the content, structure, and grading of the AP exams. In addition, the class sessions afford teachers the opportunity to interact with colleagues and to discuss issues and concerns surrounding the AP courses they will teach. The intended audience for all classes are teachers who have never taught AP courses or who have 1-3 years of AP teaching experience.
Classes are located in Tribble Hall on the campus of Wake Forest University located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
