Education Students Present at 2013 NCETA Conference

English education students from WFU’s Department of Education presented at the annual conference of the North Carolina English Teachers Association (NCETA) on Dr. Alan Brown with English Education students at NCETA 2013Friday, October 11th in Wilmington, NC. 

Under the guidance of Dr. Alan Brown, the session was entitled “Teaching the Best Young Adult Fiction of 2012/2013” and featured Dr. Joan Mitchell as keynote speaker, Dr. Joe Milner as respondent, and presentations by eight Wake Forest Students present at 2013 NCETA conferenceundergraduate and graduate students.  Students presented with great acclaim to a standing room only crowd.

Student presenters included Porscha Baker, Erika Bunpermkoon, Robby Ciarrocca, Jordan Daniels, Natalie Fensterstock, Matt Koval, Andrew Waszkowski, and Kate Youngblood.
