Nickolai Vitti who graduated from the MTF program in 2001 is having a very positive influence on Florida schools. After teaching high school social studies for a few years in Winston-Salem and New York City, he earned his doctorate at Harvard University. He has worked in several administrative positions in Florida. He is currently Superintendent of Duvall County Public Schools in Jacksonville, Florida. See article at http://magazine.wfu.edu/2013/
