Posted on: November 11, 2009

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has recently produced their Sakai Pilot final report. This report identifies their pilot as a success and recommends that the campus continue funding for expanding their pilot, adding student information system integration, and identifying a path to migrate from Blackboard to Sakai.

The report states that faculty at UNC like Sakai because it has an easy learning curve, is flexible, and provides better security/access features. You can learn more about their pilot by visiting their Sakai pilot blog.
