I have spent the majority of my adult life working in higher education in a number of capacities, including running residence halls, administering student life activities/programs, advising, coaching, and teaching.

I have served as an Instructional Technologist at Wake Forest University since September 2001. A technology generalist, my professional interests include technology training, end-user support, instructional design, multimedia production for instruction, open source and freeware/shareware alternatives to commercial software,  gadgets & emerging technologies, and more.

I currently serve the following departments and programs

Magnolia Scholars

In addition to my assigned departments, I serve on a number of campus-wide projects and committees. These include

Leading the ITG Training Group
Assisting with campus Qualtrics and WordPress training
Serve on the campus Business Continuity Committee
Serve as a member of the ITG’s Mac team
