Jawad

Jawad hails from Richmond VA.  Prior to living in Richmond, Jawad lived in Afghanistan.  He came to Wake Forest considering several different majors and careers.  Jawad produced a documentary that highlights Afghani orphans and was featured on CNN.


Gerson , Harlem, NY

Gerson

Gerson Lanza is from Harlem, NY.  Gerson came to Wake Forest to pursue a career in immigration law.  He brings a multitude of talents to Wake Forest and has worked very hard to enliven tap dancing at Wake Forest. Gerson will be traveling to Brazil this summer to study tap dancing culture.


Priscilla

Priscilla is from Miami, FL.  Priscilla came to Wake Forest to become the first premier female sports agent.  She already has a first client: her brother and carries the napkin he signed as her first contract.  Priscilla is pursuing the 5 year Masters in Accountancy program


Lomar, Henrico, NC

Lomar

Lomar is from Henrico, NC.  Lomar came to Wake Forest to follow an entrepreneurial dream.  Lomar is a 5th generation tailor!  He currently works with models, is launching a fashion club at Wake forest and sells designer women’s clothes from The HOUSE of LOMAR.

 

 

 


 

Alex

Alex is from Peoria IL.  Alex came to Wake forest like many students, “Undecided.” Very early he found his passion in taking classes in his native Russian and exploring projects in Environmental sustainability. Alex has also won a prestigious Richter Scholarship to study sustainable food distribution in Europe.


 

Chakayla

Chakayla is from Charlotte, NC.  Chakayla came to Wake Forest with a desire to change the world.  With strong leadership in student organizations and an attitude to “accomplish whatever I set my mind to do.”  Chakayla is committed to powerful self representation and role modeling for underserved communities.


 

Jasmine

Jasmine is from Huber Heights, OH.  Jasmine came to Wake Forest with a desire to pursue a career in either the law or public relations.  Jasmine takes the life perspective of Jawaharai Nehru, life is “like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt you represents determinism; the way you play it is free will.”


 

Holden

Holden is from Kannapolis, NC.  Holden came to Wake Forest to learn how to better support the community by engaging political organizations.  Holden previously worked with Senior populations and other programs in his Native American community.  Holden is a newly pledged member of the Greek community and is engaging university service through Greek life.
