Riley (Carswell Scholar, &#8217;81), editorial director of Bloomberg Government, to be its chief executive officer and editor in chief. He succeeds Philip W. Semas, who is retiring after 44 years at <em>The Chronicle,</em> the last 10 as president and editor in chief. <div>Four Wake alumni, who work in the field of international affairs, will return to campus on February 25.  Their mission is to share advice with students interested in breaking into the field and to form a networking group where alums serve as resources for current and future students.  It will be held in Greene 145, 4:00 &#8211; 5:30 PM.   Co-sponsored by the Office of Personal and Career Development and the department of Political Science and International Affairs, the program will consist of a panel discussion, with opening remarks by Professor Tom Brister, followed by refreshments and individual networking by students.</div>
