To backup your site content, use the WordPress Export tool in your control panel to create the XML file. Then, download and save the file to a safe place.
NOTE: This will backup 100% of your textual content from both posts and pages, as well as menus and some other types of content but will NOT include your images, PDFs or other files in your Media Library. Please download these and store them on Google Drive or another safe location.
