TICKET POLICIES FOR Spring Student Choreographic Concert
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The University Theatre does NOT issue refunds or exchanges.
The Box Office does not mail tickets. All tickets purchased by phone or online will be placed at Will Call for guests to pick up on their arrival. The Box Office will open for performances 1 hour prior to curtain.
The doors should open 15 – 20 minutes prior to the performance.
Late Seating: We make every effort to start performances on time. We strongly encourage patrons of all shows to arrive at least 15 minutes early to avoid problems. Any patron arriving late to the Mainstage Theatre will be seated during appropriate pauses and at the House Manager’s discretion. Once a dance is in progress, patrons arriving late will not be seated until that particular performance ends (and before the next one begins).
Accessibility Services: Wheelchair access and assisted hearing devices (limited quantities of both) are available upon request. When making your reservations, please let the Box Office staff know of any special assistance is needed so we can make reasonable accommodations.
Inclement Weather: The University Theatre rarely cancels a performance due to weather. If a performance is presented, patrons are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have a question about weather affecting a performance, please call the Box Office. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders may receive a refund or exchange their ticket for another performance, subject to availability. The Box Office staff will call patrons to make these arrangements or patrons may also call the Box Office. The Box Office will make every effort to alert patrons in advance on its voice mail message, web site, and through local media if a performance is cancelled.
Sold Out Performance: In the event of a sold out performance, a waiting list will be started at the Box Office as early as 1 hour prior to curtain. You must be at the Box Office in person to be added to the waiting list.
Disruptive Patrons: The University Theatre reserves the right to ask patrons who are intoxicated, unruly or otherwise disruptive to leave the premises without a refund on their ticket purchase or exchange to another performance.
Recording and Electronic Devices: The use of cameras and audio/video tape recorders are not permitted in the theatres. The use of such devices is a violation of federal copyright laws. Cellular phones, paging devices, and alarms should be turned off for the duration of the performance. The use of laptops and other handheld devices is prohibited. Using any of these devices during a performance is distracting for other audience members and performers. Violators may be ejected from the theatre without a refund or exchange.
