Bio
Associate Dean Erica Still joined the Wake Forest faculty in the Department of English in 2007. She earned her undergraduate degree from Temple University and her Master of Arts and PhD degrees from the University of Iowa. In addition to teaching courses in African-American Literature, she has consistently served as a lower-division advisor to students. In her administrative role, Still oversees faculty recruitment and hiring practices as well as develops and leads programs to increase diversity and support for inclusivity within the College.

- Coordinates special faculty development opportunities
- Oversight of diversity and inclusion efforts including RIDE plans
- Oversight of Honors and Ethics Council
- Represents ODOC on Committees:
- Provost’s working group on AI, Bias Incident Response Team
