Bio
Jackie Sheridan holds bachelor’s degrees in both Political Science and Russian from the University of Notre Dame. She earned a master’s degree in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies from Georgetown University. While serving at an experiential education nonprofit in Washington, D.C., she designed tailored academic internship programs in partnership with clients like the Prudential Foundation and the Panamanian Ministry of Science and Technology; later, she managed the Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship, a program designed to increase diversity in the U.S. Foreign Service. Prior to joining Wake Forest as Director of the Scholars Program, she served in a similar capacity at Vanderbilt University, supporting talented students in the pursuit and undertaking of prestigious scholarships.
