Dr. Elston is an Assistant Dean in the Office of Academic Advising in the College. Her primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling of First Year Seminars (FYS)
- Coordinating the Faculty Fellows Program
- Administration of the Ellis Fund
- Programming and event planning for OAA
